The room was very clean, had a TV, and a bedroom, also equipped with smoke detectors, an electric kettle, a washing machine.

I could see garden from the twin room. Nice decor, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and coffee/tea making machines. The hotel's position was magnificent, to the bus station back in town.

The breakfast here is delightful with homemade jam and delicious bread, and the staff is very knowledgeable; plus, it's just a short walk to Mateus Palace, Portugal, and restaurants.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near the galley kitchen area and is within close proximity to the bus station back in town. the rooms are spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. the breakfast includes fresh fruits from the host's garden, adding a delightful touch to start the day. the friendly dogs on the premises make the stay even more enjoyable.

There is no shared refrigerator in the dining area, which can be inconvenient for storing food.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Everything was spot on, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amazing facilities. The pool was refreshing and perfect for a swim after a long day exploring. The location was ideal, just a block away from the main attraction, making it easy for us to visit. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to navigate the city and recommending great local restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the secure parking for our vehicles behind a steel gate was a bonus, giving us peace of mind.

I recently stayed at Casa Da Quinta De S. Martinho for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, being near the Palacio Matues and within walking distance of two great restaurants. The hotel itself was a beautifully decorated historic house, with spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast room. The owner was friendly and provided valuable information about the area. The pool was refreshing after a long walk, and the secluded garden offered privacy. my stay was amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Da Quinta De S. Martinho. the hostess was delightful, providing us with all the information we needed, including details about the bus service to the town center. the apartment was compact but comfortable, and we enjoyed the lovely breakfast with a fresh selection of products. the highlight was the adorable pet dog. the house was clean, and the garden with the pool was a great place to relax. Parking on the premises was convenient, and the wifi reception in our apartment was good.

The property had a cosy atmosphere with rustic yet tasteful decor. It was conveniently located near the town centre and university. The owners were friendly and competent. The breakfast was excellent with homemade cakes and jams. There was a swimming pool for cooling off and exercise. The owner recommended a great restaurant and a tour of Mateus Solar. Parking was available on site.
